Emily Stephens Dwyer

Vice President of Strategy, leads strategic planning and business operations for 5B Investments, Inc., with a focus on scaling the company’s investment portfolio and strengthening the performance of operating businesses. She brings more than 15 years of experience in business strategy, program management, and enterprise marketing from leadership roles at YouTube, Google, Slack, Facebook, and other high‑growth companies. 

Emily earned her MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and holds a Bachelor of Arts in History of Art & Architecture with a minor in Economics from Middlebury College, along with additional business management education from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. Originally from the Wood River Valley, Emily is excited to bring her experience back home to Idaho to support the continued growth and evolution of the 5B family of businesses. 

Emily lives in Boise with her husband and two young daughters, and loves all that the area has to offer in outdoor adventures, strong community values and new experiences for her family.
